All daily tours are conducted in English with French, Spanish, German by request.
Date of departure, pick up and drop off times and possible delays are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.
Tourists are obliged to stay with tour at all times. Separation from the group can result in being left behind and will be at customers expense.
Tours are conducted in various sizes of tourism buses, vans and vehicles.
Daily tours are not suitable for children under age of 4.
Rates do not include client’s meals, food and beverages unless otherwise specified in the programs.
VAT – additional charge for payment done by Israeli citizens.
A 10% student discount is available (one day tours only!) upon presentation of a valid international Student Card. A 10% reduction is granted to children ages 4-12.
Special needs: baby chairs/carriages/wheelchairs – advanced notification required.
Regular daily tours – all entrance fees included.
Private tours – entrance fees not included.
Private tours prices presented for two people only, in case of more participants the price will be advised as per request.
Tours crossing the Egyptian and / or Jordanian border are subject to an Egyptian / Jordanian Government Tax, payable in US currency, at the borders. Once across the border, the Egyptian / Jordanian company takes full responsibility for the tours.
Jerusalem – Tel Aviv based tours: optional passenger return to neither city.
Guests, who decide to withdraw at their own discretion at any stage during the tour, will not be entitled to claim any REFUND whatsoever.
We accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings. Israstar cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage due to force majeure. Israstar strongly recommends that travelers be covered by personal health and damage insurance.
We may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability for the carriage of such passengers.
All Israstar staffs are government licensed tour-guides.
Israstar reserves the right to implement alternative locations, other than the itinerary due to force majeure, weather conditions, or imposed security limitations.

Daily One Day Group Tours – Cancellation policy:
1. Free of charge cancellation 48 hours before the tour day
2. Reschedule option day before ( with no option of cancellation )
3. No refund will be provided for No Shows / delays or cancellation on tour day or less than 48 hours notice
4. Petra tour including flights fully non refundable
Group or Private Tour Packages – Terms and Conditions – Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation at any time 10% of total price is non refundable
2. Cancellation less than two months before the arrival day 50% of total price charge will be applied
3. Cancellation less than a month before the arrival day 75% of total price charge will be applied
4. Cancellation less than a week before the arrival day 100% of total price full charge will be applied
5. Cancellation / Reschedule terms are the same
6. Any unused services fully non refundable
All not mentioned in includes – excluded from the tour package
Private Tours or Transfers – Terms and Conditions – Cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation at any time 10% of total price is non refundable

Israstar undertakes not to send any data received from customers to a third party.
After completion of booking, tourist receives a voucher with confirmation of the order by e-mail.
